Just had a short one night stay here in Bideford. It is fresh, new and clean. The staff were all very kind and attentive. The room was clean and comfy with air conditioning /heating unit which was easy to use. Breakfast across the path at Brewers Fayre was served quickly and the waitress who took our order was so bubbly and cheerful. It made the start of the day better. The food was delicious and well worth it! Very happy!

I did not like this Premier Inn(PI) Everything about the environment was false. Staff did not seem genuine in there welcome. My daughter's room smelt damp. The pillows were very flat. Nothing was explained to us. Lucky for us we have been to other PI; so knew what to expect in regards to meals. I am normally very assertive, but I did not bother to say anything. I just could not wait to leave. The last day of my stay was the best part of the holiday.
