I've been to a few physiotherapists trying to solve knee pain, so I can play football more then once a week. Bit fed up of being told to rest it for a month and do the same exercises. Nilufer took time to review what hadn't worked previously, offered me a new treatment plan, and I now play football twice a week, pain free.
