I visited this store last week, while waiting to pay a bell started sounding but nobody did anything about it, then after a minute or so a member of staff appeared and informed us to leave as it was a fire alarm, so we did. The bell sounded more like the bell that asks for assistance at the tills, not a fire alarm! After about 15 minutes we were allowed back in, no explanation at all, the fire procedures were dreadful, if there ever was a 'real' fire then it could have been catastrophic.I went again today for a few small items, the lady cashier was very rude indeed, there was no need for it, I was a bit shocked as to how impolite and blunt she was. I'm in an industry where staff are trained to look after their customers, this store could do with some basic training in customer service as well as fire training.I won't be shopping here again.
