No idea about the gym, but the website is awful - no telephone number, no photos, no membership details, no price list. Very frustrating.
biggest gym space in the Bideford area, theres a room just full of equipment dedicated to upper body/arms, and plenty of weights for heavy squats, also some easy to use cardio equipment available, worth dropping in for a look and talking to the team to see what power house has to offer you!
