We bought some "Leather Chairs" 8 years ago and the "leather" is peeling off. It turns out that its not leather at all, but a material called PU leather I was told that I should have known that if the material was REAL LEATHER it would have been described as such and that just calling something "Leather" when it is not is acceptable.The Showroom Manager just made excuse after excuse and thinks that 8 years for a dining set only used at mealtimes is acceptable.Steer clear of these rip off merchants there are much better suppliers who are honest about what they sell.
I purchased the Oak Somerset Range for a Grade II English Heritage Listed Building to furnish both bedrooms and sitting room areas. It's Very High Quality. Sturdy and chunky oak. The grain shines through. Not to be confused with the flimsy Ikea nonsense. Works really well in both a traditional and contemporary setting. It's timeless and its real oak wood! The Customer Service I received was outstanding from start to finish. Kept informed of every stage of the order. I will be buying again ! Highly recommended.
