When I had my computer fixed by Bideford Computers, they were very easy to work with, helping me to understand what was causing the problem with none of that computers jargon and corrected my issue with ease. I Highly Recommend Bideford Computers. They repaired the damage to my computer lid after I'd dropped it. Chris the owner, offered a cheaper repair version which would make it usable for now or a dearer long term solution. I thought it was good that I was given a choice. I chose the cheaper version as it's a few years old and I will probably update it in the near future. It's been fine ever since, approx 3 - 4 weeks ago.Chris is vastly knowledgeable about computers and is happy to explain about a problem you may be having. I had trouble with scanning photos, as well as problems with printing. Chris said the best thing would be for him to come round and sort out both problems. Obviously this would cost more but it was worth it. I went into the shop this morning because I'd somehow managed to do something with all the photos I'd saved and they wouldn't open. He showed me what to do.Thank you Chris for the great service that you've given me.
Just had my Laptop fixed by Bideford Computers and I'm very pleased with the customer service and professionalism of Chris and his team. The laptop is now running great, like new again. Turn around was very fast and I paid what I was quoted. Highly recommended.
Needed some help whilst travelling. I own a repair centre in Trowbridge but can't take that with me while away. Daughter is very happy with help provided. I didn't tell these guys " I know what I'm doing" just left them to it. Very friendly, reasonable price and very fast turn around. Many thanks
