Took my transit in for an MOT, called that morning and had it in the same day. Got a phone call telling me it had failed (no suprise!) everything was discussed over the phone all the issues and a call back to tell me a rough guide on cost to get it fixed. Peter was the one who dealt with it all and he was honest from the start. Turns out it needed new discs and pads to, again another phone call from Peter to inform me of this and assured me he was going to call around to get the best price for me as it was turning out to be an expensive MOT!! A phone call later and he had found very decent prices for both the discs and pads (he told me the exact prices) and added that to his rough guided cost of it all so we had a new total. I gave the go ahead for the work and picked the van up a couple of days later (it was actually ready earlier but I delayed picking it up until the weekend!) Nothing was to much trouble and I had very honest opinions with decent labour costs and the best prices on parts. I will certainly be using this garage as my regular from now and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting an honest and friendly garage that make you feel at ease from the start, I can not rate them high enough! Thanks!!
Brilliant job. Power steering went on the van late Monday evening. Took it in first thing the next day and the mechanics had sorted it out by the end of the same day. Absolute life savers as my daughter had a dressage competition the day after and would have been unable to compete if we had no transport. Very reasonably priced as well. Many thanks.
