I have been to the River Rooms in Bideford twice now. I can honestly say Simon has given me the best hair cut I have ever had. That includes all the salons I have been to in North Devon in the last 5 years and all the top salons I have been to in London in the last 25 years. Simon is a really great guy and the The River Rooms is a chilled and relaxed environment where you feel you matter. I can't recommend Simon enough. If you think the salon you have been using for years is not quite as good as it use to be then take the leap and go to River Rooms - you won't be disappointed.
