Fabulous shop, full of great stock for Gluten free diet & similar. The owner is very knowledgable. Great produce made on the premises I love the quiche & cupcakes oh & the breads. Makesure you give it a try. I'm not gluten free but health conscious & all the food tastes amazing even for a non gluten person! Great find in Bideford.

The things these people can do without gluten are genuinely unbelievable. Their salted caramel brownies and shortbread are intensely good - so good we use them as office treats. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough
